Breakfast was good - adequate choices. The hotel was very clean. Some of the finishes weren't great but the cleanliness made up for it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The place was quiet.

In town for SIU graduation. Area hotels were all inflating prices. Comfort Inn was reasonably priced, pet-friendly, and had the most comfortable beds. Counter Staff were super friendly.

Jeff at the front desk was super. We had a problem with the dryer. He went above by letting us use the big dryer. He didn't have to do it but he did. That really help my wife out greatly.

Our stay was family visit and your place was excellent. located personal were exceptional. The breakfast was great . Condiments were loved by the ladies.
